Pastor Tommy FiGart

Pastor Tommy FiGart graduated from Rhema Bible Training Center in Broken Arrow, OK in 1988 and has held licensing and ordination credentials with Rhema Ministerial Association International since 1990.

In 1992 after several years as an Associate Pastor and Traveling Evangelist, Tommy moved to Greenville, SC to become Pastor Wyatt Brown’s Children’s Minster at Grace Christian Church. For 9 years Tommy faithfully taught children and trained workers all the while developing teaching concepts and children’s curriculum that have effectively mentored many children in their relationship with the Lord. Many of the children that were affected by his time as a children’s minster are now in the ministry serving as Youth Pastors, Children’s Pastors, Outreach Directors and various other supportive ministries.

In June of 2001, after 9 years as Children’s minister at Grace Christian Church in Greenville, SC, Pastor Tommy organized and founded Grace Family Church of Roanoke, VA where he currently resides as senior pastor. The congregation has grown from a 6 person bible study to a vibrant church community that is impacting the area thru dynamic praise & worship, fun filled children’s ministry, culturally relevant youth ministry, consistent community outreach and relationship building family entertainment.

Pastor Tommy’s direct and down to earth approach to teaching God’s Word is effective in bringing people into an experience of God’s life improving love.

Pastor Tommy resides in the Roanoke area with his wife, DeLisa; son Zachary; daughters Remington and McKinley; and their three dogs: Sadie, Penny, and Lucy. He is the Senior Pastor of Grace Family Church and President of Thomas FiGart Ministries, Inc.
